Dark chocolate in the cake, semi sweet in the chocolate mousse and then white chocolate on top. Pure heaven and the ultimate cure for a serious chocolate carving. The bottom layer is a Dark chocolate cake. It's relatively dense. which I love with the mousse. It creates a nice contrast to the light, smooth mousse.
